After the so called “Toll fee for imported hogs put up by Mayor Dominic Valera”,  I’ve been bomarded with emails asking about Balikbayan boxes being delivered in Abra are also being stopped at a checkpoint.  Abrenian Expats are now worried the packages sent to their families specially during the holidays.

DSWD implementing 4P Cash Benefit Program for Tineg resident
