DTI-Abra warns public against text scam
BY: MARIA TERESA B. BENAS BANGUED, Abra, June 23(PIA) – – “Don’t be a victim of text scam!” The Department of Trade and Industry warns the general public from text messages they receive from unknown sources informing them of their alleged winnings of big amounts in cash or in kind.
