DSWD implementing 4P Cash Benefit Program for Tineg resident

As promised by Social Welfare Secretary Dinky Soliman during her visit to Abra on April 8-9, the DSWD is now implementing the 4Ps cash benefit program for residents of Tineg so they don’t have to go to Bangued anymore.
