Teachers being trained for K to 12 program

Dr. Rosita Brilliantes, Schools Division Superintendent said the teachers particularly those handling Grade 7 and 8 classes are now on training at Bangued West Central School for the K to 12 program,as part of their preparation for the opening of classes on June 3, 2013.

Brillantes commended the Philippine Army and Parents-Teachers Association on their participation in the recently concluded Brigada Eskwela. She said that stakeholders conducted the general cleaning of all public schools in Abra to improve its environment as well as prevent the spread of diseases like dengue, malaria and other diseases caused by unclean surroundings.

She expressed readiness of the schools for the start of school year 2013-2014.

  4. Teacher din ang natapos kong kurso at pasado sa board exams pero dahil sa hirap makapasok sa dep ed e nag iba nalng ako ng mapapsukang trabaho,ibinabandera nila na maraming kulang na guro pero bakit kahit qualified ka e hindi ka makpasok pasok?

  5. Around 10 yrs ago, a district supervisor in Bangued was dismissed, dishonorable dismissal, for corruption (lagay). Teachers n concern citizens should take courage and use the same determined stand to deter such abuses to have quality teachers and to achieve better education output.

Daguiti nabayag nga nagvolunteer a nangisuro inan-anusan da ti nababa a sweldo nga santo lang maawat after 8 or 1 year ti napalabas, ket no naawat na isu pay laeng ti usarenna nga pag-gatang kadaguiti instructional materials para kadaguiti ubbing nga isurona gaputa kayat na nga nalaing daguiti annak na… ket itan ta adda bakante sabali met ti agnam-ay uray haan nga qualified ta isu na ket sabali ti major na, isu met ti kayat ti prinsipal… daytoy kadi ti DepEd?

  9. Correct me if I’m wrong.
    Teachers from 70’s to 90’s are more dedicated, more affectionate and more concern to pupils/students. They toil to teach slow learners without any additional compensations unlike today,isn’t it?

  10. 70’s to 90’s, teachers can punish their students for the purpose of disciplining them, NOW,a teacher can no longer pingot,keddel singit,bato eraser,baot stick et al to pupils/students because of laws created by honorable lawmakers.He he sa palagay ko mas mainam noon kasi mas disiplinado mga bata at napapasipag mag aral kasi takot sa guro kumpara ngayon na hindi magagawa ng teacher ang gusto niya dahil takot makasuhan lalo na at may mga magulang na kunsintidor.
