PHILIPPINES – The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) continues to strengthen small-scale fishing and the income of small scale farmers with the launch of techno-demonstration projects on tilapia pond culture and the rollover of Barangay Fish Terminal (BFT) in two barangays of Tayum and Peñarrubia in Abra.
