Governor Takit Bersamin want to live a legacy on his last term as Governor
Bangued, Abra. An administrative and criminal complaints were filed against Incumbent Abra Governor Eustaqui “Takit” Bersamin before the Ombudsman for violations of Sections 3 (a),(e), (g), and (i) of RA 3019 or Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, violation of RA 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act and violations of Sections 84, 87 and 89 of PD 1445 or The State Auditing Code of the Philippines.
According to abrenian.com sources, the complaints was filed by a certain Leo Bermillo Barbosa from Guimba, San juan on the basis of the COA Audit Report from the year-end 31 December 2014, finding the respondent Incumbent Governor Bersamin in violation of the above decrees.

I wonder though, how about the ‘misplaced’ funds from ABRECO resulting to it going bankrupt and the death of a certain person who found out the ‘anomaly’. I sense someone else is scared from this news. If they can file cases like these to Takit why not the former ABRECO director….
