Elections 2016: Political Dynasty at its best or worst?

The two most coveted positions (Governor and Bangued Mayor) in Abra for this coming 2016 Elections are being contested by two families. Two families who at some point where allies in the last elections.

Incumbent Bangued Mayor Dominic Valera against Outgoing Governor Takit Bersamin, Outgoing Congresswoman Joy Valera-Bernos against Governor’s wife Ruby Bersamin.

The question is, would you allow just one family to have political control? or you rather they split and maintain the status quo? Do you think this is a case of pick your own poison?

So which of these scenarios would you rather want to see happen?:

1. Ruby and Takit wins
2. Joy and Dominic wins
3. Ruby and Dominic wins
4. Joy and Takit wins
5. Gen. Antonio Viernes stole their thunder and win and either Dominic or Takit wins

Watch below these candidates featured in ABS-CBN Kampanya Serye.

  2. A very responsible comment from Joy and Dominic pointing for loving their contituents for making bussinesses so people can have employment.

BY LOOKING CLOSELY ON THIS VIDEO YOU COULD TELL THE EYE AND BODY LANGUAGE OF TAKIT AND RUBY ARE BOTH LIARS AN INTIMIDATING ANSWERES TO ABRENIANS..

  3. MOST PEOPLE IN ABRA ESPECIALLY IN BANGUED ADMIRE HOW JOY AND DOMINIC ANSWERED THIS INTERVIEW WITH THE PRESS …IT SHOWS THEIR GOALS AND INTENTION BY PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT TO ABRENIANS…

WHEN YOU LOOK AND LISTEN CLOSELY TO THIS MEDIA INTERVIEW YOU MAY NOTICE THE BODY LANGUAGE OF TAKIT AND RUBY THAT THEY ARE LIARS AND INTIMIDATING ANSWERS TO ABRENIANS….

THE WEIGHT AND CREDIBILITY OF THEIR ANSWERS IN THE MEDIA INTERVIEW GOES TO DOMINIC AND JOY

      Posted by Ringnoster | February 26, 2016, 7:13 am
    • Are you kidding me? bersamin bought and uses the PNP and Army as their PAGS. This is smart move on their part but Abra people can read their moves. PNP and Army are being used as their security details, paid by our taxes, to neutralize their opponents PAGs.

      Posted by Genti | March 8, 2016, 7:05 pm

  5. HOSPITAL , ROADS , SCHOOLS , BUILDINGS ARE FROM THE TAX PAYERS MONEY NOT FROM TAKITOS POCKET …THIS IS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO IMPLEMENT THIS PROJECTS NOT TO SHOW OFF….PEOPLE DONT OWE ANYTHING FROM THEM TAKITO HE IS THE ONE WHO OWE THE PEOPLE OF ABRA ..MORE PROJECTS IS BEING POCKETED THAN THE ACTUAL PROJECTS…ARMY AND POLICEMAN ARE IN HIDDEN PAYROLL AT THE CAPITOL ,,WHY …CAUSE THEY ARE BEING USED BY TAKITOS AS GOONS…PROOF LOOK AT THE MANPOWER PAYROLL EXPENSES IF YOU WORK AT THE CAPITOL..THERE IS NO SUCH THING CALLED PEACE AND ORDER IN ABRA I HAVE NO CLUE WHY YOU ALWAYS SAY THAT TAKIT IS DOING WELL IN ABRA..STAY IN ABRA AND OBSERVED WHATS GOING ON…PLEASE DONT MAKE EXAGGERATED STATEMENTS KAPITAN COME HOME AND DO THE MATH NINE YEARS FUNDING AGAINST THE PROJECTS THAT YOU ARE SAYING

Of course pera ng tao but at least ginamit niya sa proyekto.

      Posted by CAPITAN | February 29, 2016, 11:49 am

  15. We need a leader who will surely focus on the economic, tourism, education and peace development. Don’t get me wrong but we need a leader who will lead us to a better future not to dictate what will be the future. Personally I can see that Abra will gain a lot of development through tourism not just high rise buildings or well known fast food chains, but our place should be known for it’s beauty. And if I say development, WE as Abrenios should help hand in hand to attain this dream, we shall not expect all this to a leader because they themselves cannot move if we don’t cooperate. So, a leader should hear it’s people.

  17. Thank you for appreciating and perhaps agreeing to my opinion Ponso Pilato. I hope I made myself clear. 🙂 I truly believe that a leader should hear it’s people because in that way he or she who will get the chance knows where to start for the development of our province. 🙂

Just clearing up.

      Posted by Loud & Clear | March 9, 2016, 4:27 pm
      • It is in your own understanding Loud and Clear. Me myself was a leader of a big organization in a University. well it’s different from Government agency but they are still both from the government. So, as a leader it should be very clear to you that not all would be loyal to you, in 10 people only 2 are loyal to you another 2 for I don’t care and the rest are not loyal and just have no choice. My point is, no matter they are loyal or not you as a leader should hear the opinions of the people, let me ask you this, Does a leader know everything around them? I think no, tsaka lang naman nalalaman yan pag may nagreport or simply may nagsabi. “Kayo ang boss ko” in this statement of the president, what is your opinion? In my opinion I should reiterate it in “What is in your mind to help develop the economy?” that is my answer loud and clear. Awan met lang mapasamak kanyatayo nga Abrenio nu iasa tayo laeng dagiti lideres tayo, we ourselves should take action maybe not financialy but on how can we help in our own ways.
Sorry at nagnobela ako, I just tried to explain what I meant. 🙂
