Congressional Candidates Bringas, Bernos, Bautista and Luna
A four-cornered fight has developed for the lone Congressional Disctrict of Abra. This position is quite important as the representative will give voice to Abrenians and lobby for the province’s needs at the National Level. Here’s our four candidates:
Joselito Bringas – a brilliant Doctor/Surgeon who opted to practice in Abra despite numerous oppurtunities in the big city and abroad. Realizing Abra needs a new face and a different perspective, Dr. Bringas filed his COC at the 11th hour as an Independent Candidate. Considered as the Dark Horse in this race, a win for Dr. Bringas, will disrupt the balance of power in Abra Politics.
Cecy Luna – reportedly filed for her COC at the last minute as well. She was Congresswoman in 2007, defeated by Joy Bernos in 2010 and she lost to Takit Bersamin for Governorship in 2013. Together with her former Mayor Son (Ryan Luna is running for Vice-Governor), her family is trying to make a political comeback.
JB Bernos – the incumbent Mayor of La Paz, Abra. His family has lord it out for decades in the Municipality of La paz and Danglas. Bernos was catapulted to power due to the assasination of his older brother Marc Ysrael Bernos. He’s now vying for a higher office, a chance his brother wasn’t able to do.
Marco Bautista – A Lawyer, a not so stellar performance as ABRECO General Manager and currently the Mayor of the municipality of San Juan, Abra. Atty Bautista is being backed by the Bersamin camp.
As always, may the best man/woman win. Fight hard but fair. Let the people decide freely.

I dont have ill feeling with doc litong but for the purpose of arguement about public service allow me to express what i had learned from my two bachelor degrees and my masteral with my vast experience as public servant with sg 32. Being a doctor is a noble profession as yours if u are really indeed a po box like jakjak who doesnt have experience to arrest and process his arrest to be filed in court, he excel as private doctor not unless he served as municipal health officer in a remote town in our province there is nothing to argue thst he is indeed a public servant but for a doctor who enriched himself because most of his patients belongs to those who can afford his professional fee then kopitan shld fetch you so thst he could bring you to APH where rubi serves as administrator which she will submit to voters as her experience in public service.

We should tell them not believe literally the promise of politiian with messianic view n dnt expect their promises to fulfill once elected. We have voted koliglig group in 2007 pura sumangil and other NGOS were shut their mouth n their eyes were blind what the PND did to the extend that they cried at the lap of CPNP and Abalos not to rekieve billit n his boys to ensure the downfall of vicsyd with a HOPE that vicsyd is out Peace n order will be achieved but it was another promise that made to be broken.

Again this cute young lady at once is either sufferring info gap or she is a spin doctor of the other group bec akay n valencia were the original politicians fighting each other until viciosa were fed up so they voted new face in politics when the lagen n belmes tandem who were fresh frm avroad against the fontanillas. So the rest is history. Im posting to enlighten the gap of abrenians so tgat they coukd choose candidates at their will this ekwctions wether they will vote them in monetary consideration or they were intimidated as long they know the real truth.
