Several of our users had inform us that the disconnection has just happened a few hours ago. We checked with our contact at APRI and they confirmed the disconnection.

It turned out that they already terminated the last amended contract since November 4, 2014. No new contract has been signed or if there’s any negotiations is going on at this point.

The disconnection has never happened because of the intervention of DOE, but this time APRI has no other recourse but to went ahead with the disconnection due to ABRECO’s repeated failure to abide by the agreed conditions.

  5. APRI has terminated its contract with ABRECO. But power is on after nearly 3 hours. So glad that power is back but damn, we need explanations. All consumer/members are updated with their bills how come that ABRECO is unable to pay APRI? where did GM Seares put all the consumer/member payments.
Madam omli your idol, GM Seares is really a rotten manager. Advise him to just shot himself in the head before the consumer/members skin him to death. I am pretty sure you would again say that power is back because of your idol. Damn, are you that dumb not to realize how rotten your idol is.
Sources at ABRECO say that your idol GM Seares learned of the move to give the salaries and half of the bonuses of the employees and that they have kept money for that. Upon learning about this, he took the money and God knows where the money is now. Ask your sources where their boss took the money. or better yet ask your idol where the money is. Again it is not only the consumer/members who are suffering now but also the employees of ABRECO.

  7. Madam omli, you may claim again that power supply to ABRECO was restored because Sec Petilla interceded because he believes in your idol, Jun Seares. I know that you will do that because of your being under the spell of the charms of jun seares. Would you please for once listen. You are not in ground zero, that is why anything relayed to you is plain and simple gossip and not fact. Would you please see the meaning of fact in a dictionary.
I am in ground zero so i know facts not gossip. At first you wanted NEA to do audit, now that the NEA report is adverse or have found your idol at fault, you now want an independent auditing firm. No matter what madam omli, your idol would always be found the culprit.

    • See you are a hopeless case madam omli. Syd vasquez is nobody. Tell me he was presidential awardee. Damn, i could make a recommendation for you to be awardee too. Syd vasquez is like you dreaming. He was ordinary. You too are ordinayr no special talent but a good connoisseur for good looking men.. ask syd if he needs rice for him to eat. Syd would bite the bullet just to eat. I don’t have to,

  10. according to one of the posters in one of the tread here in a.com APRI is trying to squeezed the GM of abreco to pay the bills but for smart reason the GM will not do it instead he will declare Abreco to Bankruptcy to eliminate debts by changing the name of Abreco to another name that will erase the abrecos debts and he will drag all the consumers money to his safe deposit boxes

  12. Congratz GM for a job well done. Power is back in a matter of just two and a half hours. You diligently acted amazingly fast! See? I told you so!

Thanks to Secretary Petilla and the people who are assisting the GM.

    • comli, i have more value with what I do than being GM. I am somebody in my field and I don’t need to be GM to be of help to the people of Abra. I do not need to scam somebody to do good in life.
All I am saying here is that you keep on defending a rotten manager and that you just keep your comments to yourself. As I’ve previously posted, You are again praising GM Seares for doing a good job for doing a fast resolution of the power interruption. Was he the one who worked for the restoration of power? It was Sec Petilla asking other power suppliers to link up Abra and not your idol! I certainly know that you don’t have the power to remove GM Seares because YOU ARE NOT EVEN A CONSUMER/MEMBER OF ABRECO so you dont have a voice even in the general assembly. All I am saying is that you open your eyes to the reality that you are on the wrong side of the fence. I am not either recruiting you to our side, because I certainly would not want a scammer on my side. You are showing your ignorance of what is really happening on the ground. You posted that you asked syd vasquez if the news of the disconnection is true to which you said that syd said it was not true, see, you believed in gossip (chismis) and not fact. The fact is power was cut off by APRI at exactly 12 NN. The reasons of APRI are all because of the wrongdoings of your idol, GM (General Mismanager).
I have learned of your intentions of running for the congressional seat of Abra. The reason why you keep on talking and blabbering on a com and God Save Abra or is it God Save Jun Seares? is that you are eyeing the congressional seat.I tell you, not even your townmates in Lagangilang would vote for you. The province has had enough of skimmers and scammers. Stop hallucinating, stop your HALLUCINATIONS OF GRANDEUR.

        • If I may go back to the issue on this thread. It turns out, electric power came from WESM (Wholesale Electricity Spot Market). APRI has had enough of the antics of GM Seares and has decided to cut its losses. We must now brace ourselves for a steep rise in our electric bills because power from WESM does not come cheap. And as if our problems were not enough, electric power during the rest of December cannot be assured because ABRECO failed to secure membership at WESM. There is no way they can comply with the requirements of membership because they cannot pay the required deposit. ABRECO has been literally scratching the bottom just to comply with its obligations. No amount of posturing and peddling lies can save ABRECO. The unadulterated truth is that the funds of ABRECO were systematically plundered by the management. Other people posting on this forum can rail and rant all they want against those expressing their outrage but nothing will change the fact that ABRECO management has messed up big time and the people of Abra will suffer. Remember, ABRECO owes PSALM more than 400M PHP. People taking to task posters expressing outrage and righteous indignation are barking at the wrong tree.

  18. Natured kayo ta di yo met ipakaammo ti pagkatao yo, nu siasino kayo. Post with your real names and let’s see. Tarkok kayo met ta aglemlemmeng kayo kadagita aliases yo. diaske ketdi.

I have my own mind, don’t dictate me what to do. Respect my opinion and I will respect you in return. You have been hitting me below the belt. Throwing mud at my name. But it’s okay, I work professionally and I don’t waste my time to nonsense people.

Let me tell you that GM IS WORKING FOR THE WELFARE OF CONSUMERS AND THE PEOPLE OF ABRA. He appointed people who he trusts. People who are comfortable working with. People who are loyal to him. Hey guys! That’s his prerogative as manager.

About those 30 consumers removed from voters’ list, baka met natiliwan kayo ti illegal, or have not paid on time? Please review your account transactions. At least the management have taken note of this matter and assured that it will not happen in the next election.

You may not agree with me. It’s hard to talk to nonsense people. Dakayo nga haan makaaw-awat nga complain nga complain. Diaske
