Can you post a panawagan if somebody knows a certain Rudolfo Abella of La Paz, Abra. He is presently at the ICU of the Commonwealth Health Center here at Saipan CNMI. I guess he haven’t been home for a long time and some concerned friends like me are trying to locate his family.
Unfortunately he had a CVA (Cerebral Vascular Accident ) yesterday attending a house blessing.
they can contact Mr. Vic Belen at 1- 670 287 4112 because he is one of his best friends attending to him right now.
