LA Trinidad, Benguet – A former forest ranger was killed by assassins Sunday night in San Juan, Abra.
Guillermo dela Cuadra, 63, of Barangay Guimba, was playing cards with other villagers at a friend’s house in Barangay Supi-il when still unidentified men shot him with assault rifles.
The wounded Cuaded died while being transferred from the St. Therese Wellness Center to the Abra Provincial Hospital in Bangued town.
Police investigators found 12 cartridges for Cal 7.62 mm firearm, two cartridges of Cal. 5.56 mm, and one ammunition of Caliber 7.62 mm.
Investigators have yet to determine the motive for Cuadra’s killing.

Nevertheless, my sympathy and condolence to his loved ones. Don’t worry, he is not totally dead. His soul or spirit is still alive and if resurrection happens, you will be altogether again. Or, when your time comes, you will meet him in heaven where there’s no more problems like illnesses, financial hardship or poverty, thief politicians and their vicious bodyguards, etc…etc…
Life on earth is just a temporary taste of hardship but if you are now a true believer, eternal happy life with your loved ones is definitely yours. How do I know? Why, do you have something to lose in believing it? What if it’s true, will you accept that you were borne as a loser again? Only loser asks this question, however, talk to any pastor/preacher/priest of any kind of religion and listen what they have to say that might erase your doubt like “Doubting Thomas”. Please tell me, your name is not Tomas.

People are backsliding for the almighty government fund knowing that if they do bad things, bad things will happen to their life. Naeling, if you love your friends or relatives that you knew as bad influence or thief politicians, are you scared or ashamed to remind their misdeeds so that they could also breathe freely like you do? I am not, and since majority here are maybe related with thief politicians, I think this is also a good venue to condemn their wickedness and enlighten others particularly the still innocent youth the consequence of having dishonest or thief government servants. Jesus did that to the hypocrite Phrasees and Saducees, hence, no conflict of interest, I guessed. However, I stand corrected though for I am not through yet in my quest of finding the Truth. And if this is blasphemy as insinuated by Naeling, God please forgive me!
Thanks for your other kind words brother but be careful of what you wish for others. Sometimes it backfires but I hope it won’t happened to you for I have already forgiven you. Will you be kind enough also to share with us if you have something better way of consoling the grieving family, please?
