Pidigan, Abra. Motorcycle riding men gunned down a barangay captain of San Diego, Pidigan yesterday (Sept. 16) morning. The victim was identified as Arnulfo “Ador” Madriaga.
No arrest had been made.
According to a cousin of the Barangay Captain, Madriaga has just came from the COMELEC meeting to complain of the existence of about 80 flying voters in San Diego when he was ambushed. One of the flying voter is allegely a bodyguard of very influential Councilor. His cousin decline to identify the Counsilor.
Madriaga, a long time barangay captain, is said to have came out in the open during the last election that he will not support the candidacy of now Mayor elect Janssen Valera.
The Barangay and SK elections are schedule on October 28, 2013.(abrenian.com)

The question is, why are they still using this old trick (killing political enemies) if they can not steal by then? What’s the use of taking someone’s life if you gain nothing in return except of what you are going to suffer for the rest of your life as a result of your bad action/s? This is not so hard to understand politicians except that if you still have that belief of successfully harassing or conniving with the local authorities concerned especially with the COA and Department of Budget. This is a very risky assumption for I think these authorities are now more concerned than ever with the vengeance of Karma rather to their superiors or especially to you corrupt politicians.
This Kapitan doesn’t deserve to die for the above-stated reasons and I think the planner/s of this killing are now suffering serious kind of mental disability. Whoever closed or affiliated to him/them, if you still care your loved ones, better stay away from them and get any kind of religion right away for your immediate Divine Protection. Once you are in seriously, believe me, you will fear no more evil (worries or fears) and no one could touch you anymore because your assigned Guardian Angel will always see to it that you and your loved ones are always safe for the rest of your life.
