  3. Hmmm..Seems practically not realistic at all. All numbers are exact and even, no clear specifications. Are these liquidated? It’s so easy to just make a structured calculation but to convince everyone to believe the same is a total different story. Not all are accountants but we all have common sense and eyes to compare the figures presented from actual projects implemented! Over pricng, over statement of accomplishments! Unbelievable!

  15. How about the honorable mayors from the different municipalities? Could we also take a look how they spent their fund? Or shall we say, kung gaano rin sila kagaling magsinungaling o magnakaw?
    Friends and relatives of these thieves but real true Christians, ano ba ang nararamdaman ninyo kung natitikman ninyo ang mga pinagputuhan nilang pera ng gobierno o ng mga tao?
    Okay pa rin ba ang bonding ninyo sa isat-isa lalo na ng mga anak ninyo (they’re still innocents but already exposed to the shenanigans of their relatives) at ang tinginan ba ng bawat isa ay deretso ba sa mata o tinitiis na lang ang kalabit ng inyong mga anhel dela guardia dahil ay ayaw ninyong masabing inisnab ninyo sila?
    I can’t blame you baka ma-irita sila at wala naman kayong lilipatan? Please try to display them again so that we could see how the authorities concerned especially the COA and DOJ react to this for the attention of our good and honest President (Aquino) who was the number one victim of this hypocrisy or blatant and arrogance display of stealing. He trusted these thief politicians by approving the release of their respective funds but look what they were doing or have done. They are not just fooling their own constituents but more to the President who envied and admired by other countries and yet these thief Abrenian politicians still got the nerve to sabotage his good image or reputation. We are so embarrassing and deserve to be neglected for just how many our provincial votes only compared to other provinces that they could rely on when national election comes. It’s so sad that we are still validating the dreams of our parents/grandparents, religious fanatics, and peace-loving educators for a better Abra as just a piece of shit…..!!!!
          Military men and women in uniform especially the high ranking officers, could you please stand with your sworn duties or righteous principle for once and protect our rights and lives when national election comes? These few thief politicians are outnumbered by peace-loving citizens, but we can’t do anything without you in our side.           There you see the shrewdness of the COA thru their findings and recommendations. They already found out some anomalies but still they just expressed their concerns, nothing more, nothing less. Why not just file appropriate charges directly and coordinate with DOJ or Ombudsman for proper handling or disposition. I really believed the Accountant of Congress woman of Abra, how she detailed and make their ledger when it comes to their expenses through her PDAP in ABRA, mostly all what the said in their actual expenses are mostly multi purpose building, roads, basketball, multipurpose of roads in Lapaz, while during the time of Cecille Luna those Roads are already done. I believed she’s the only Congress woman who full filled her duty to be the Representative of Abra, She Completed the Calaba Bridge, Manabo Bridge, but you people you neglect her just because you received P3, 500,00 for your VOTE for DOMINO and MS. Dayang, Dayang, Bernos. Pati ti Patay Apo Millones ti imbagayo nga gastos yo,siguro piman awan pay sanga ribo nha iterd yo ti natayan.

Ethically unacceptable since it is designed to advance own political and personal interest. These reports (PDAF Releases Breakdown) from Bernos is blatant insult to the intelligence of most people of Abra. We have had heard enough for the Congresswomen, how about the shenanigans of our municipal mayors especially the christian pretenders? I’ve been following this thread and the COA report for the past few days and I couldn’t help but overcome the inhibition not to comment…We all know, for those who really have their eyes and ears open, except for those who are blinded and plugged with taxpayers money and blood in their hands that only a handful of politicians here in Abra are truly dedicated to service and good governance. Even for those we perceived to be kind and honest, those we believed to be incorruptible and angelic faces, those who pretend to fight corruption and live a supposedly religious life….these people, these politicians live a life of grand charade and façade. There are many faces of politicians the Bulgar and showy, the Mafiosi and gangland style, the charismatic and innocent faces, and they too have many things in common. They are corrupt, ruthless, greedy, and conscienceless. They can smile and hug you, they shake your hands and tap your back, and then they stab you from behind and pick your pockets of coins left to buy a bottle of medicine or a grain of rice…They feel no remorse, they feel no mercy for they live to outsmart and outdo their fellow thieves, they want to be better and richer by all means…They can happily buy goodies and food for their kids out from a poor man’s pocket…and they don’t care…Because you know why? For they think they have paid their dues and obligations as politicians on the day the Poor man was handed out a hundred peso or a thousand bill in his hand just to write the dirty politicians’ names in the ballot….a hundred peso or a thousand bill to buy salt and grain for the poor man’s family in exchange for almost a lifetime of indebtedness and leashed life. Do you think these politicians and farce leaders will ever change? I bet my nickel and a dime, not in my lifetime. Do you think we the electorate can change the system and attitudes of politicians? Only if we vote wisely and teach our children well to live a life of service, a life of humility, a life of honesty and a life centered in belief and faith in God and Karma in the end….
    I can say who cares, I don’t….I have a good job, eat three full meal a day, 2 snacks and a brewed coffee at night (yep before I go to sleep), my kids in good private schools, a house and cars. Let these dirty politicians do their thing, like pass a bill so that they can corrupt more, identify projects so that they can give gifts to their kids and friends, falsify documents so as not to pay full taxes and I do mine, work, pay the right taxes, pray for peace and equality and better life thru honest means…and so on……But I do care, this is my hometown, this is my province and this is my country. Most of the time it is very frustrating to see politics and justice play in our system. That feeling of hopelessness sometimes make me puke of these people…Mga lolo, tatay at nanay na nila noon, mga anak at mga apo naman ngayun ang umaapak at dumudura sa katahimikan,kayamanan at pagkamapakumbaba ng taong bayan. Yes, a Filipino is worth dying for…more so an Abrenian is worth fighting for…for equality and justice. Kanya kanyang oras lang yan, malay natin bigla na lang maatake silang lahat sa kasakiman at kasamaan ng Gawain sa kapwa…

Because of this mindset, they hired guns to kill their opponents and protect themselves even knowing that they and their loved ones could not escape the dreadful vengeance of KARMA in the form of painful physical illnesses and mental/emotional torture that any bad luck brought to their midst and slowly sending them to their grave with their prostituted wealth.
      Mr. President, send Duterte of Davao or Ex-Mayor Lim of Manila or their kind to fumigate these pests for your eyes and ears or trusted axe men in the province are bunch of cowards in doing what is right because perhaps they too are converting their cowardliness into CASH.

    • Gil Valera, was a party list representative first nominee in the past election. Became prominent in Abra sometime ago with his program with the youth through his slogan God is Love (GIL). Convicted of non-proper disclosure of SALN by the Sandigan Bayan? how about those big fishes? why were they too not prosecuted?
