The Provincial Government of Abra hired Mr. Luberato Acosta, a retired jail warden to serve as consultant in the Abra Provincial Jail
This after eight jail guards were dismissed because of rape of an inmate.
According to Ms. Genalyn Verzola, the provincial administrator, the jail guards were dismissed based on the investigation conducted by the Abra Provincial Police.
Acosta said he will be guided by the Jail Manual of Operation.

1. A retired custodian from the State of California sheriff’s office in Valencia, CA
2. Padrino of Postaquio BulsaAmin
3. A relative of Madame X kuno
4. A brown nose to Madame X
These are a MUST in order to be qualified. If not, leave it to the king of Valenciana. Onli in da Pilipins.
