Epal by definition is a person acting or grandstanding in a politically tactless manner.
Government officials (elected and non-elected), also known as PUBLIC SERVANTS, should not be allowed to use public money to display their name or image in public places in furtherance of their careers. Here’s an example of such. This was sent by one of our users who of course choose not to be named for fear from retaliation.
I encourage our users to send us pictures of politicians who blatantly display their names claiming credits for public projects.

But for me the picture of Ryan and others above are not epal it is only a poster of greetings fiesta celebration. Kaya LNG there are personalities which they are not supposed to be included . For an epal in my own opinion is putting the picture of a politicians to a certain projects which is being done by the concern agency like the DPWH. We can see them at the natioanal road, bridges, farm to market road school buildings and others infra projects.
