By Dexter A. See | Posted on Dec. 13, 2012 at 12:02am

CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad—-The Cordillera police office has created a task force for Abra to stabilize security in the province and prevent it from becoming a hot spot in next year’s polls.

Chief Supt. Benjamin Magalong, regional director, named his deputy, Senior Supt. Roberto Soriano to head special operations in the campaign against private armed groups and loose firearms to support the Commission on Elections in safeguarding the right of suffrage.

Uging a ti pagbanagan dagita butos.

You can not achieve your mission vision goal for Abra pag nandyan pa si soriano.

  3. You can never…never…..keep Abra from becoming a hot spot as long as corruption exists. Don’t tell me that they would be able to hire and armed their supporters in order to kill and be killed from the fruits of their hard-earned labor? Don’t ask us, ask the the politicians themselves, the COA, and other law enforcement agencies like Dept. of Justice, Ombudsman, etc…they knew the answer?

  4. I am very proud to be fr0m Abra.. Even when i was still in college, even with eyebrows raised fr0m my classmates, i wud say it loud and proud that i am fr0m this pr0vince.. But whatever happened to the peace and tranquility that we had when we were kids? We already have political rivalries before but the severity is n0t as it is right n0w.. I am even afraid to c0me h0me for vacati0ns coz of the fear that my family’s lives wud be endangered. Let’s admit, people jus drop dead with no justifiable reas0ns.. I want my kids to kn0w the place that i have loved, i want to tell them stories bout the thngs we used to enjoy, but because of all the bad thngs that r happening ryt n0w, i might put those on hold.. Pls.. Let’s n0t wait 4 the Abra that we used to love and cherish be just a mem0ry, the next Abrenians dserve Abra at it’s best just the way we did b4..

    • Dont’ lose your hope sir NEXTGEN for the solutions to whatever heartaches you are suffering right now. Rimat Ti Abra will lead the WAY together with the current candidates he had gathered or observed as our last hope to turn the province around at its best. Read his political assessment or analysis of these candidates on the topic “Running against Dynasties, much like sacrifice” found at the December/November 2012 Archives.

  5. Great things toward the improvement of peace and order in Abra were realized thru the leadership of supt. Magalong. Apay pay laing nga ibaga tayo nga idi pay la koma. Sumayaaten ti kapia ken talna, aramiden tayo ketdi met ti mabalin nga Isuporta.

Ti panagbalbaliw a dakkel, nangrugi ti pannakaiikat ni Chief JusticeCorona. No ti kangatuan ti dept. of justice nabatoog pay, anianto la ket digitoy pada tayo la ti utekdan na mangrirribok ken manggundaway kapa tayo ti saan tay nga kabaelan pasardengenen. With our collective efforts, corruption that breeds violence will be eradicated? But we should not trust solely with our human efforts but with God’s blessings who can make the impossible to possible things.

  8. Halos lahat ng politicians ay may assigned police escorts(courtesy of PNP), kaya impossible na di alam ng kapolisan kung sino ang may PAG at illegal guns na politicos. Dapat I recall lahat ng political police escorts back to the regional office at magbigay impormasyon tungkol dito. Kapag wala silang alam eh di nagbubulagbulagan lang syempre, eh di hot spot forever na ang Abra.
