I think this is the only way which our poor province will be benefited as well with the good godly intentions of our President towards nationwide prosperity and peace. If we can not find favor from his heart on this venture, we better keep our big mouth shut for our province has been doomed to disgrace, poverty, and restlessness due to greed and wickedness we inherited from our past government leaders (elected or not) that no one knows how many more generations to come and suffer from it unless our current President (Aquino) have mercy now on us. Admittedly, his success in eradicating corruption (perceived as the root of all social ills) is now felt internationally but how many more years waiting before we can feel it as well in our province? Worse yet, there would be no assurance if his successor would then sincerely continue whatever unfinished business he left, therefor, I think it is crucial time now for him to handpick his would-be trusted candidates in the province.

Sick people are being brought down thru bayanihan system because there is an existing ambulance but no road to pass by so how could they rescue the those ill persons. Where does the money goes? The LCE’s children are going to privarte schools in Manila having their own cars per head, having houses in Manila, In Bangued, In Kalinga? Do the LCE running a business to support all those daily expenses? I guess its the Municipal Fund the they are taking into their pocket. I wish that this information could reach the President or the DILG office thru the Admin so that they are being informed about what is happening in this place. Thank you.

Many of our kababayans have not seen much less set foot on TINEG and vicinity but I have many years ago (early ’50). My late brother Moises ‘ISIS’ took me with him to explore the area for logs (my brother was a lumber concessionnaire, granted by the Government through the Bureau of Forestry).
The Tophography/ terrain is rugged that made it impossible for the Spanish Conguistadores to penetrate the area to spread the Christian Faith. The terrain not rugged as that of South America (Land of the Incas) none-the-less TINEG and Vicinity is considerably inaccessible, the people of the high-land of the INCAS use ‘LLAMAS’ as beast of burden to transport loads-anything from produce to people (DISABLED).
My friend LAVANDER, this prompted me to devise a method to hurdle the problem…

To complete the Delivery Medical Care… each inaccessible-rugged municipalities of Anayan, Tineg, Buneg, Lacub, Mataragan, Malibcong and other municipalities with roads shall be provided with TMC…By the way, there are 27-municipalities in the province. All municipalities shall have TMC except Bangued which has the AMMC.
Lavander, I envisioned each TMC shall be manned by 1-physician, 1 Nurse, well trained in EMERGENCY CARE ( a Yearly re-certification is required), 1-Midwife(if available).
