Bangued, Abra – Jomar “Abat” Bersalona, one of the allege gun-for-hire nabbed the other day, was shot today while on his way to the Justice Hall.
Bersalona was about to attend a hearing when the incident happened. There were conflicting reports on what transpired. Some said that Bersalona tried to grab a pistol from one of his guard but instead got shot. Others said that he was shot by a sniper.
No arrest has been made.

Lack of knowledge of these three things would result to a shortcut solution like what happened not only to abat bersalona and for those victims of summary killings.
