    • tayum widower…the law has been enforced…the law of the gun. Mind you, feel the pain of all those relatives of the victims killed by Bersalona….. you might judge it differently….

  9. Justice is served…….. To all hired killers in Abra, its not yet too late to step back to the path of righteousness. let us make Abra a better place to our children

  10. What kind of justice you are talking cops. That incident shows only how inefficient our cops in law enforcement, investigation and the most important the respect of human rights. Lack of knowledge of these three things would result to a shortcut solution like what happened not only to abat bersalona and for those victims of summary killings.

    Posted by "katsa" | August 23, 2012, 5:41 pm
  13. Widower if you know some incident or a witness of human violations of the pnp you should report it to the proper authority. The pnp as organization is required to investigate in moto propio any misconduct of it’s personnel. Ano ba kinalaman ung past incident sa tayum sa incident ng bangued na gusto mong buhayin.

  34. my friends, freedom of expression under our constitution applies to the other parts of the Philippines but not in Abra. Our province has its own laws, the law of the jungle. Let us struggle to vindicate our rights otherwise we have already condemned our right to death and the future of our children. Make a Abra a promise land for our children.
