BANGUED, Abra, April 29 (PIA) — The House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal has decided in favor of an incumbent congressman regarding the election protest filed against her.
The House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) dismissed the election protest of former Congresswoman Cecilia Seares-Luna and decided in favor of incumbent Congressman Ma. Jocelyn Valera-Bernos of Abra on March 22 after a recount and revision of votes in protested precincts.
“Everyone should be sport and respect the decision of the HRET and work for the development of the province of Abra anyway there’s the next election to look up to,” said Atty. Estelita Cordero, Bernos’ legal counsel, in a press conference.
Luna has filed a Motion for Reconsideration last April 10, 2012 which the HRET had accepted.
Luna filed her election protest involving around 60 precincts right after the proclamation of Bernos as Abra’s congresswoman. Bernos, on the other hand, also filed her counter-protest involving around 270 precincts although the counter-protest was aborted earlier. (MTBB/PIA CAR, Abra)

I hope time will come that a good person will be chosen coming this 2013 election.

Anyone other than the previous and the current INCOMPETENT BOOBS who are totally clueless!

1) Bocal Kathleen Balbin – experienced and intelligent and financially independent
2) Atty Zita Claustro – got baggage but will make an effective legislator
3) Ruby Bersamin – probably won’t want to give up her US Citizenship but will make an ideal representative
4) Gil Valera – a more than able potential legislator with pockets that he may need the excuse to stuff – gotta watch him
