I’ve been reading Dr. Leo Tuason’s postings and I may say that I am fascinated how he knows a lot of Abra History from the politics to his make believe journey of traversing the great Abra river, to his fascination of the the Presiden’ts fish – Luddong and his ideas about improving health care. I very much appreciate his presence in this site to teach as a lesson or two,
